Recently I have had a moment of clarity and snapped myself out of a funk. I was spending so much time appreciating what others had and not enough time enjoying what I had. So now I have set up a new philosophy for myself. More like a challenge. I am on a mission to improve my mind-body-wellness. Feeding myself, my marriage, and my family to promote the best future for us all. So while I am not an expert in any of this, I still believe that I know what steps I can take towards the right direction.
My challenge

- Take the kids somewhere new
- Go on a date with my husband
~Weekly~
- Cook a new recipe
- Do something just for me
~Daily~
- Stay positive
- Find something to be thankful for
So, as I take this voyage I am going to document it so I have moments to look back on.
